Our MoonPies are baked fresh and typically have a shelf life of 4 to 6 months. Each individual wrapper is stamped with a 'Best By' date to ensure you enjoy the peak marshmallow fluffiness.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental U.S. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and arrive via ground shipping within 3-7 business days.
Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-free options?
Currently, our traditional MoonPies contain wheat and sugar. We are always exploring new recipes, but we recommend checking our ingredient labels for specific dietary requirements and allergen information.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on edible products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer bulk discounts for events or weddings?
Yes! MoonPies make excellent party favors. For orders exceeding 10 cases, please contact our wholesale department through our contact form for special bulk pricing.
How should I store my MoonPies?
For the best experience, store your MoonPies in a cool, dry place. Many of our fans also recommend microwaving them for 5-10 seconds for a warm, gooey treat!
